Patients found the old portal confusing and difficult to navigate on mobile. The client needed a HIPAA-compliant redesign that improved patient engagement.

03Our Approach

We conducted user research with elderly patients to ensure accessibility (WCAG 2.1). We built a responsive React frontend with strict security boundaries.

Patient engagement scores improved significantly. Support calls regarding 'how to login' dropped drastically.
