Managing payouts and inventory for hundreds of vendors manually was impossible. The platform needed automated onboarding and payouts.
03Our Approach
We used Stripe Connect for automated split payments. We built a vendor portal using Next.js and Supabase for real-time inventory management.
04The Results
GMV grew by 150% in the first year. Vendor onboarding time reduced from days to minutes.
